Mr. Liu has served as a partner at Solitary Pine Capital, responsible for M&A and PE fund targeted investment. He has also worked in the M&A departments of Atlas' Asia business unit, Deutsche Bank, and Credit Suisse, and served as a director of the European shale energy technology company. Prior to entering the investment banking industry, Mr. Liu started his own business as one of the founders of the earliest global pricing system website for the mechanical industry, a vertical sales website for B-ultrasound and related accessories, and a consulting company providing technology services for the industrial sector between Europe and Asia. These experiences have helped Mr. Liu evaluate and analyze investment projects from a more realistic and practical perspective and participate in company management. He holds a Master's degree in Management from Humboldt University in Berlin and a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Cambridge.
